Departments Available:
Food & Beverage Service:
Assisting in restaurant and banquet operations, table setup, guest service, and order management.
Housekeeping:
Room cleaning, maintenance of public areas, linen management, and guest amenities handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team in day-to-day departmental operations.
Learn and follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through courtesy and professionalism.
Support senior staff in various operational tasks.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and discipline standards.
Participate in training sessions and departmental briefings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing or completed
Diploma in Hotel Management
or
BHM/BHMC (Degree in Hotel Management & Catering)
.
Passion for hospitality and guest service.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to work in shifts.
