We are offering a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for aspiring Hardware and Networking Engineers. This program is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including computers, networking devices, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Support network setup including routers, switches, access points, and LAN/WAN components. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and network issues. Participate in routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and inventory updates. Work under the guidance of senior IT staff to support end-users. Document tasks, incidents, and resolutions as per IT policies.

Learning Objectives:

Gain real-world experience in IT infrastructure and support. Understand basic network architecture and protocols (IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs). Learn preventive maintenance and diagnostic procedures. Develop problem-solving skills in live environments. Exposure to enterprise tools (ticketing systems, monitoring platforms, etc.).
