Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process
Welcome new hires and serve as their primary onboarding contact
Prepare onboarding materials, documentation, and training coordinator
Conduct onboarding sessions, orientations, and system walkthroughs
Ensure all required paperwork, system access, and tools are completed on time
Collaborate with HR, managers, IT, or Customer Success teams
Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
Identify onboarding gaps and recommend process improvements
Answer questions and provide ongoing support during the onboarding period
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in onboarding, HR, customer success, training, or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple onboarding schedules simultaneously
Proficiency with onboarding tools, HR systems, or CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
Familiarity with onboarding software Darvin Box
Experience with remote or hybrid onboarding
Process improvement or project coordination experience

Working days:- 6 Days ( Sunday Off)
