Role Summary
Algokisan is hiring energetic and people-friendly Field Sales Associates, known internally as Omni Channel Partners.
This is a field-based role focused on meeting retailers, partners, and customers in person, building relationships, and driving business growth for Algokisan.
The role is best suited for individuals who are talkative, confident, and enjoy telling stories to explain products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, partners, and customers in assigned areas
Explain Algokisan's platform, services, and benefits in simple language
Build strong relationships through conversation and storytelling
Onboard retailers and partners onto the Algokisan platform
Support partners in understanding pricing, ordering, and delivery processes
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team
Represent Algokisan professionally in the local market
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and convincing skills
Talkative nature with the ability to build stories and rapport
Confidence in speaking with new people daily
Willingness to work in the field and travel locally
Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
Qualification
Minimum qualification: 10th Standard (Pass)
English speaking is an added advantage

Pay: ?9,526.30 - ?10,000.00 per month
