1. WOW Customer Experience


Engage customers with a smile and understand their needs
Promote sports and build communities
Recommend the right products and services across store, app, and website
Ensure smooth checkout and customer satisfaction
Offer circular services like buyback, repairs, and personalization

2. WOW Layout


Create safe, clean, and engaging layouts
Highlight omnichannel offers and full product ranges
Ensure product availability and accurate inventory
Promote complementary products and circular options
Drive layout performance and business growth

Performance Indicators:


Customer Satisfaction %
Circular Turnover
GMV (Omni Turnover)
Stock Availability, SCF %, New Customer Growth

Skills Developed:


Customer Interaction, Product Knowledge, Merchandising
Stock & Layout Management, Circularity
