Role Overview
The OMG Executive will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and coordination across departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of electrical products (switchgear/panels), and the ability to handle client communication professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders in ERP/CRM systems and ensure accuracy of details
Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
Track order status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and contractual terms
Prepare order confirmation, delivery schedules, and documentation
Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve order?related issues
Maintain records of orders, invoices, and dispatches for audit and reporting
Support sales team with quotations, order follow?ups, and after?sales service coordination
Monitor inventory levels and align with production planning
Contribute to process improvement initiatives in order management
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
switchgear, electrical panels, and related products
Proficiency in
ERP/CRM systems
(SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of basic commercial terms (pricing, taxes, invoicing)
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR Graduate in Commerce/Business with technical exposure
Training in ERP/CRM systems preferred
