Job Title: O&M Senior Site Engineer Location: Surat Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced O&M Senior Site Engineer to manage and oversee operations and maintenance activities at the site. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining equipment efficiency, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the site.
Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of plant/equipment.
Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Monitor operational parameters and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments
Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, logs, and documentation
Lead and guide junior engineers and technicians at the site
Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or related field)
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in O&M/site operations
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and site management
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work at site and handle operational challenges
Preferred Skills: Experience in industrial plants, utilities, or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of CMMS and reporting tools Ability to manage teams and multiple site activities effectively
