:-We are currently seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join OM Jewels in Surat. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in our team by contacting potential customers to introduce our products and services, generate leads, and contribute to the company's growth. This position involves interacting with customers over the phone, promoting our offerings, and maintaining customer relationships.Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to potential customers.- Minimum 2 year to 4 year of tele calling or customer service experience- Strong communication & interpersonal skills- Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently- Basic knowledge of sales techniques is an advantage- Introduce company products and services to prospects.- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.- Follow up with customers via phone or email.- Understand customer needs and requirements.- Maintain a database of customer information.- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.Requirements :- Excellent communication skills in English.- Ability to engage customers over the phone.- Good listening skills and attention to detail.- Basic knowledge of computer applications.- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
