Job Description

We are looking for an experienced O&M Incharge to manage the operations and maintenance of AHS systems at our P2-FTP site. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities of AHS systems. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency to achieve operational targets. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations. Lead and guide the O&M team, ensuring skill development and effective manpower utilization.
