Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an O&M Helper to support basic operations and maintenance work at solar sites. The role includes panel cleaning, assisting technicians, and maintaining site hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians during maintenance work Clean solar panels and maintain site cleanliness Help with vegetation control (grass cutting, removing bushes) Carry and arrange tools, equipment, and materials Perform basic visual checks of modules, structures, and cables Report faults, damages, or safety issues to supervisors Maintain tool room and work areas in an organized manner Follow safety instructions and use PPE Support in meter reading and basic data updates if required

Requirements:

10th / 12th pass (ITI preferred but not mandatory) 1-2 years experience Physically fit and willing to work outdoors Able to follow instructions and work in a team Basic knowledge of tools is a plus

Work Environment:

Field-based work at solar plants with outdoor exposure to heat, dust, and weather. PPE usage is mandatory.
