Field Engineers

for

Leased Line Services (Operations & Maintenance)

. This is a field-based role involving the

installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

of leased line internet connections for our clients.

Candidates with experience in

Broadband, Internet Services, Cable, or Telecom

will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

installation, configuration, and testing

of leased line connections at customer premises. Handle

routine maintenance

and

emergency troubleshooting

of leased line circuits and related equipment. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Conduct

field visits

for inspections, diagnostics, and equipment replacement or upgrades. Coordinate with the NOC (Network Operations Center) for fault analysis and escalation. Document all field activities including site reports, installation logs, and service records. Conduct

routine inspections

, audits, and reporting of field assets. Maintain records of

site logs, maintenance activities

, and technical documentation. Collaborate with department heads to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs. Demand & Competition Devising & Presenting Ideas & Strategies. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records. Configuring operating systems. On-site installations. Correction and repair of clients' broadband service. Equipment troubleshooting. Customer service and education. Detailed record keeping. Responsible for field operations and maintenance of the FTTx network. OLT, ONU & ONT corrective and Preventive Maintenance. O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipment.

Requirements:

Experience:

1-5 years in broadband, internet services, or telecom field operations.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of leased line technologies (Fiber, Ethernet, RF, etc.) Basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) Fiber splicing and testing (preferred)
Must be willing to travel locally for site visits.

Valid driving license

and own two-wheeler (preferred).
