O&M Engineer/ Manager

Skills and qualifications:
The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and strong communication skills.

Educational background:

A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Industrial) is typically required.

Technical expertise:

Knowledge of automation technologies, control systems (PLC/DCS), and electrical components is essential.

Analytical skills:

Strong ability to analyse O&M requirements, identify potential risks, and preventive maintenance.

Communication:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
