1. Gaining in-depth understanding of business processes as well as existing and upcoming business requirements

2. Mapping the business processes and requirements with the current and prospective IT & digital systems

3. Preparing IT and digital roadmap for the next 12-18 months

4. Seeking budgetary approvals for IT and digital roadmap

5. Aligning IT and digital delivery (technical execution) teams with this roadmap

1. Driving the IT and digital roadmap

2. IT governance and benefits realization

1. Ensuring the technology-related projects are executed on time and on cost.

2. Driving business utilization of new projects

3. Ensuring that the expected project benefits are realized

4. Act as a bridge between Business and Global IT partner

3. Cross-learning and improvements

1. Understanding technology-developments happening in the industry as well as in other parts of the company, and agreeing with the business owners on the initiatives which can be implemented in India.

4. Tracking budgets and actuals

1. Tracking capex budgets vs actuals

2. Tracking annual costs budgets vs actuals

5. Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

1. Overall responsibility of network, end-user devices, servers and applications hosted within India as well as compliance with global cybersecurity guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

1. MBA from a reputed institute or a Chartered Accountant.

2. 3-5 years' experience working in SAP ERP with specific understanding manufacturing modules, including SAP certification(optional) in these modules.

3. Experienced in business process mapping, preparation of solution design and systems with industry preference for Agriculture/Food Ingredients/Consumer Goods. (Product based company)

4. Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions and ability to implement them in a practical manner.

5. Ability to manage and work with a team of seniors, colleagues and subordinates spread across multiple global locations.

6. Implementation experience( optional) in a global environment with multiple locations.

7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
