About the Role:-

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Oil Refinery Incharge

to oversee daily refinery operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain smooth production workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in refinery management and a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:-

Supervise and manage day?to?day refinery operations Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation Lead and train operational staff Implement process improvements to enhance productivity Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

Minimum

3 years of experience

in oil refinery operations or a similar role Strong knowledge of refinery processes, equipment, and safety protocols Ability to lead teams and manage shift operations Excellent problem?solving and decision?making skills Strong communication and reporting abilities Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field (preferred).
