Job Description

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in mechanical engineering. At least 1-2 years of experience in teaching field. Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience developing and delivering training programs. In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas processes, systems, and equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training programs in a classroom or virtual setting. Ability to adapt to new technologies and training methodologies as needed. Ability to assess students' learning and provide feedback to improve their performance. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
