Develop, update, and deliver engaging curricula, lesson plans, case studies, slide decks, practical demonstrations, and courseware suiting classroom and virtual environments
Conduct theoretical sessions and supervise hands-on practical labs and field-based training (e.g., plant-site visits, equipment inspections, live fire drills)
Evaluate trainees through assignments, presentations, exams, and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes
Keep training content current by incorporating the latest industry standards (ASME, API, ISO, NFPA) and emerging technologies and practices
Build and maintain strong rapport with students, providing guidance and career counseling tailored to industrial requirements
Collaborate with other faculty for cross-functional projects, curriculum development, and maintaining institutional accreditation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical / Safety / Fire Engineering
(B.Tech/B.E. preferred)
Teaching/Training
: Minimum 2+ years in technical instruction (classroom, virtual, vocational)
Industry (Oil & Gas / Mechanical / QA/QC / Fire Safety)
: Minimum 1-4 years practical experience
Certifications (must-have if available):
For QA/QC: CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II in RT/UT/PT/MT, API/ASME
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Commit to weekend or field training as needed
