Experience:

Prior experience in Oil & Gas industry or

Teaching/training experience in Oil & Gas domain (preferred)

Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered

SLBS Marklance is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Oil & Gas Faculty to deliver high-quality technical training to students and professionals aspiring to build careers in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and practical training in Oil & Gas subjects

Teach core concepts such as:

Upstream, Midstream & Downstream operations

Oil & Gas process flow

Mechanical equipment used in Oil & Gas industry

Piping, valves, compressors, pumps, turbines, etc.

Prepare and update course materials, presentations, and study resources

Conduct assessments, tests, and doubt-clearing sessions

Mentor students for industry readiness and career guidance

Stay updated with latest industry trends and standards

Maintain discipline and engagement during training sessions

Required Skills:

Strong subject knowledge in Oil & Gas and Mechanical Engineering fundamentals

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Basic computer skills (MS Office, presentations, online teaching tools)

Preferred Skills:

Industry exposure in Oil & Gas sector

Experience with training institutes or EdTech platforms

Certification courses related to Oil & Gas (added advantage)
