Key duties include first aid, managing health records, administering immunizations, assisting with pre-employment checkups, and educating staff on safety protocols, often coordinating with safety officers and physicians. Key Responsibilities
Emergency & First Aid:
Provide immediate care for work-related injuries and illnesses.Health Monitoring:
Conduct health checks (vitals, vision, hearing) and medical surveillance.Prevention:
Identify hazards, implement safety protocols, and run health promotion programs.Education:
Train employees on first aid, hazard risks, and healthy work practices.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate, confidential medical and compliance records.Case Management:
Manage worker's compensation cases and coordinate referrals.Essential Skills & Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage emergency situations.
