Job Summary:

The OHC Staff Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of all employees in the workplace. They provide immediate medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses, assist in health surveillance programs, and support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Services:

Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries or illnesses. Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the company physician. Maintain records of all treatments and medical cases handled. Monitor vital signs and health status of employees as needed.

Health Monitoring & Surveillance:

Assist in pre-employment, annual, and exit medical examinations. Conduct periodic health assessments and screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose monitoring). Maintain up-to-date medical records and health statistics of employees.

Health Promotion & Education:

Implement workplace health and wellness programs (e.g., vaccination drives, health talks). Educate employees on basic health practices, disease prevention, and injury avoidance.
4.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare incident reports, medical summaries, and monthly clinic reports. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and its equipment. Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability of emergency kits.
5.

Regulatory Compliance:

Support compliance with DOLE, DOH, and other regulatory agencies. Assist in the documentation required for health audits, inspections, or permits. Participate in safety meetings, drills, and health & safety committee functions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
