Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of OFSAA solutions to enhance reconciliation and risk management processes. Oversee the development and deployment of OFSAA frameworks to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Provide technical expertise in OFSAA Reconciliation Framework to streamline financial operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system inefficiencies and improve profitability management. Develop and maintain OFSAA Basel Regulatory solutions to meet evolving compliance requirements. Ensure seamless integration of OFSAA solutions with existing financial systems. Support the operational risk and compliance team by implementing robust OFSAA solutions. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of OFSAA solutions with business objectives. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency. Provide training and support to team members on OFSAA functionalities and best practices. Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of system changes. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in OFSAA technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in OFSAA Reconciliation Risk Management Credit and Profitability. Demonstrate experience in OFSAA Reconciliation Framework and Basel Regulatory solutions. Have a solid understanding of operational risk and compliance within OFSAA. Experience in GL Accounting and Finance & Accounting is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive impactful solutions. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
