Oracle is hiring for a seasoned Consulting Project Manager to direct and manage global Tier 1 & 2 accounts for the Oracle Financial Services Analytics Applications (OFSAA) suite of products. The candidate will manage customer relationships to influence and actively participate in the sales process with Tier 1 & 2 accounts. In addition, the candidate must have a demonstrated track record of working with highly-skilled consulting professionals to deliver successful outcomes for large clients. The candidate will possess the leadership qualities to manage the high expectations and demands of senior stakeholders across Tier 1 & 2 customers by serving as a trusted advisor/advocate. The candidate must be comfortable in not just adapting but leading change in the rapidly evolving regulatory environment of the Financial Services Industry, especially in the domains of accounting and data management.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage Tier 1 & 2 customers to deliver core business objectives of FSGIU and develop trusted relationships.
Represent and position FSGIU Consulting to influence key decisions and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
Serve as the Project manager and escalation point for client program management team.
Ensure project delivery maintains a high level of excellence including compliance activities, project management training, compliance and accreditation
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders including Product Engineering, Support, and License Sales teams
Build active relationships with designated System Integrators to support specific delivery activities which complement FSGBU capabilities underpinned by a cooperative commercial model
Essential skills and capabilities of the desired candidate
12 + years' experience leading Tier 1 & 2 professional services project management in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain.
Experience collaborating with senior client stakeholders with demonstrated executive decision-making skills
Recognized Financial Services industry domain leader
Experience in Accounting domain product implementation preferred
Experience working with top tier a System Integrator desired
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Attention to details including identifying risk, issues and dependencies and creating mitigation plans
Demonstrated role model/mentor and people development track record
