Key Responsibilities


Migration Planning & Execution
o Analyze existing Helix CRM setup and design migration strategy to Dynamics 365.


o Perform data mapping, cleansing, and transformation for seamless migration.


o Develop migration scripts, tools, and automation where applicable.


Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration
o Configure Dynamics 365 modules to replicate/improve Helix functionalities.


o Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.


o Implement role-based security and compliance requirements.


Integration & Testing
o Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications (ERP, BI, etc.).


o Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


o Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity post-migration.


Collaboration & Documentation
o Work closely with onshore stakeholders to align requirements and timelines.


o Provide technical documentation, migration guides, and user training materials.


o Support change management and adoption initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience


Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE). Prior experience in Helix to Dynamics migration or similar CRM migrations. Proficiency in data migration tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS, Azure Data Factory). Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps). Solid understanding of SQL Server and data transformation techniques. Excellent communication skills for offshore collaboration. Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred. * 7+ years of CRM implementation/migration experience.
