Offshore Delivery Manager – Tech Ops Group Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Tech Ops Delivery Ownership
Lead the full Tech Ops delivery portfolio: Reporting, Data Operations, Field Alerts, and related data processes.
Serve as the primary offshore point of contact, ensuring proactive communication and seamless coordination with client and onshore teams.
Manage SLAs, quality control, operational efficiencies, and governance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence across workstreams. 2. Reporting Operations (Power BI)
Manage daily reporting operations including refreshes, validations, and publishing.
Oversee data quality checks, workspace governance, and access management.
Collaborate with business and analytics teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and adoption.
Maintain documentation, process standards, and compliance controls. 3. Data Operations (Databricks)
Govern Databricks-based pipelines for daily data processing and transformations.
Monitor workflows, manage job failures, and optimize pipeline performance.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual dependency and improve stability.
Ensure adherence to change management and release protocols. 4. Field Alerts (Rule-Based & ML-Based)
Manage end-to-end delivery of field alerts supporting commercial and field teams.
Govern alert logic, pipelines, and run reliability for both rule-based and ML-driven alerts.
Partner with analytics, data science, and CRM integration teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. 5. (Good-to-Have) Data Mastering & Stewardship
Support master data processes including validation, enrichment, and quality governance (HCP/HCO, Product, Territory, etc.).
Collaborate with data governance teams to maintain consistent data flow across downstream systems. 6. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Lead an offshore team of data engineers, analysts, and operations specialists.
Work closely with onshore delivery leads for planning, prioritization, and impact assessments.
Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Manage resourcing, performance reviews, and knowledge transition. Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to ML-driven alerts and CRM-integrated ecosystems (Veeva, Salesforce).
Experience with MDM/stewardship platforms (Informatica MDM, Reltio, Veeva Network).
Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices in data environments.
