We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Offshore Back-Office Support Executive to assist our US operations during US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in billing, timesheet management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, immigration support, and employee relations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work with confidentiality and accuracy.
Minimum 3 years in back-office, payroll, HR operations, or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS, or billing platforms is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
