Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Offset Printing Machine Operator

to manage and operate our offset printing machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of printing processes, machine maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage offset printing machines (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, Ryobi, etc.) Set up the press for each job including ink mixing, plate mounting, and machine calibration Monitor the printing process to ensure color accuracy, registration, and quality Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or printing issues during runs Maintain and clean the machine regularly to ensure optimal performance Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and job specifications Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and printed products Train junior staff or assistants as needed Adhere to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum

[2-5] years

of experience operating offset printing machines Strong technical knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials Problem-solving and mechanical aptitude Experience with color matching and print quality inspection is a plus

Preferred Experience With:

Multicolor offset printing Maintenance and basic repair of printing machinery
