We are looking for a skilled Offset Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in print production and design coordination. This role involves overseeing offset printing requirements, ensuring design accuracy, and supporting marketing collateral development from concept to print.
Key Responsibilities
Create and adapt print-ready designs using CorelDRAW and Photoshop
Coordinate pre-press activities, including layout, plate design, and file preparation
Ensure all designs meet printing specifications, color standards, and resolution requirements
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to deliver high-quality printed materials
Manage color calibration and proofing for consistency and accuracy
Maintain print templates and ensure adherence to branding guidelines
Work closely with printing vendors to ensure timely and accurate job execution
Key Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in offset printing, pre-press, or related design/print roles
Proficiency in design tools such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of pre-press processes, plate design, and color calibration
Knowledge of layout standards, printing specifications, and production workflows
High attention to detail with a strong sense of design accuracy
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and vendors
