We're hiring an Offline Sales Manager for Bellary who understands the local market and is fluent in Kannada. The ideal candidate has strong connections in the construction industry and a proven ability to drive regional sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow offline sales for steel products in Bellary.
Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and local dealers.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and close deals.
Provide product and pricing guidance to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
3-5 years of B2B/offline sales experience in steel or construction materials.
Fluent in Kannada; strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable with regular field travel.
