The Offline Sales Field Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving business growth through direct field visits. This role involves identifying potential clients such as retail stores, commercial spaces, architects, and interior designers, understanding their needs, presenting the company's products/services, and building strong business relationships to boost offline sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and visit potential customers including retail outlets, offices, showrooms, commercial spaces, and interior designers.
Generate new business leads through cold visits, referrals, and local market research.
Pitch company products/services effectively to prospects and explain key benefits.
Maintain and update a database of all leads, visits, and follow-ups.
2. Market Research & Intelligence
Conduct surveys and gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Identify emerging opportunities in the assigned territory.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and dealers.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term business partnerships.
4. Sales Coordination
Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and order processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and local promotions to enhance brand visibility.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status updates, and performance metrics.
Provide regular feedback and reports to the Area Sales Manager / Sales Head.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools for reporting.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct marketing (experience in building materials, interiors, or similar industries preferred).
License: Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
