Nio Stars Technologies LLP is a fast-growing cybersecurity solutions provider committed to safeguarding organizations from evolving digital threats. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Offline Sales Executive who will play a key role in building client relationships and driving business growth through direct engagement and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to client organizations to understand requirements and present company solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
Visit client sites for events, exhibitions, or other business-related activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and offering appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the management team.
Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Master's degree in marketing (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience in offline or field sales, preferably in IT/technology/cybersecurity.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to present technical solutions in a simple and client-friendly manner.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, client meetings, and events.

Pune (Kharadi) - with frequent client site visits
