Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Store Outreach
Identify and approach potential retail stores, gyms, home decor outlets, lifestyle stores, and other relevant points of sale to list and sell brand products.
Actively visit new and existing stores to maintain relationships and ensure consistent brand visibility.
Stay updated with all
new store openings
or upcoming retail opportunities in the market.
Represent the brand professionally and persuasively while pitching products to store owners and distributors.
2. Sales Growth & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate profitable deals, order quantities, and placement terms with retailers and distributors.
Track product movement, restocks, and collections efficiently.
Create and implement local strategies to increase brand presence and sales in assigned territories.
3. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and regularly update an
Excel sheet
with details of all store visits, leads, conversions, and sales data.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach activity, performance, and growth.
Track and analyze data to identify high-performing areas and potential new regions for expansion.
4. Territory & Network Development
Develop and expand retail presence
city by city
, building a strong distribution network.
Identify local trends and customer preferences to guide product placement and assortment.
Support the creation of a structured plan for
nationwide retail growth

5. Brand Representation
Act as the face of

and
Tyohaar
in retail markets, ensuring strong brand presentation at every outlet.
Collect on-ground feedback on products, pricing, and packaging to share with the NPD and marketing teams.
Suggest improvements or promotional ideas to strengthen the brand's offline presence.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in offline sales, retail development, or field marketing (FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer products preferred).
Prior experience in building or managing retail networks is a plus.

Number of new stores onboarded per month.
