We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Offline Sales Executive
to lead our offline sales efforts and drive revenue growth through traditional sales channels. In this role, you will oversee sales strategies, manage key accounts, and work closely with teams to ensure sales targets are met. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the overall offline sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare centers, distributors, and other key partners to drive sales.
Identify potential business partners, pitch our products and services, and negotiate partnership agreements.
Collaborate with Retail stores , distributors and healthcare centers to identify their needs and ensure our offerings align with their requirements.
Sales Growth through Distributorship and Retailors :
Develop customized sales strategies aimed at expanding our reach within hospital networks, healthcare distributors, and centers.
Work closely with distribution partners to ensure optimal product placement and availability in key locations.
Drive revenue growth by increasing sales through partnerships, referrals, and network expansion.
Sales Target Management :
Set and manage sales targets
Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring targets are being met and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Use insights to improve sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Regularly report on sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to senior management.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on sales data, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address any customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align offline sales efforts with broader company initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in an offline or field sales management role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an offline sales environment.
Experience in managing a sales team and implementing sales strategies.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
