Job Description
ClearTax\xe2\x80\x8b is looking for City Initiative Heads to build and manage city-level teams to deliver on business targets. We are biased towards passionate leaders\xe2\x80\x8b who have at least 1 year of experience\xe2\x80\x8b in the field of business development & sales\xe2\x80\x8b.
Locations we\xe2\x80\x99re hiring for:\xe2\x80\x8b Tier-1 cities across India - Chennai / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Jaipur
Experience - 1- 2 years
Qualities we are looking for: -
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Ability to hustle and creatively work on achieving targets
- A knack of maintaining and managing relations with key partners
- Good communication skills
We are looking for City Initiative Heads for priority Tier-1 cities across India. Specifically, a City Initiative Head will be expected to - lead a crucial growth initiative in focus markets
- Prepare and execute a business plan in their region
- Acquire, manage, harbor and harness key partner relations
- Represent the company in offline marketing activities & events
