ARULA is a parent-centric, child-directed early intervention model that empowers mothers through scientifically designed listening-based development programs for children on the autism spectrum.

Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and confident

Offline PR & Outreach Executive

to expand ARULA's presence across communities, corporates, schools, pediatric clinics, and social groups. This role involves building meaningful relationships, initiating collaborations, and conducting awareness-driven engagements.

Key Responsibilities1. Community Outreach



Conduct on-ground awareness drives in residential communities, apartments, RWAs, local groups, and mother communities. Organize small workshops, awareness camps, and experience-sharing sessions for parents. Establish connections with local influencers, social clubs, and community organizations.

2. Corporate Tie-ups



Identify HR teams and CSR wings for potential collaborations. Pitch ARULA's programs for employee wellness, CSR initiatives, and parental support programs. Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with corporate decision-makers. Facilitate on-site awareness sessions for employees and parent groups.

3. School & Clinic Networking



Build strong relationships with pediatricians, therapists, schools, and playgroups. Create referral networks and schedule informational meetings. Distribute awareness material and manage offline visibility.

4. PR & Representation



Represent ARULA at events, exhibitions, parenting fairs, and workshops. Maintain high professionalism with empathy while interacting with parents. Share daily outreach updates, reports, and lead tracking.

Requirements



Any graduate with excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident, approachable, and able to build trust quickly. Experience in outreach, PR, sales, or community engagement is a plus. Comfortable with local travel for field activity. Empathetic approach when interacting with parents of children with special needs.

What We Offer



Salary range: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 (based on experience). Training on ARULA's autism framework and communication guidelines. Growth into senior outreach, PR management, or partnerships roles. Opportunity to create real impact for families and children.
