The incumbent will be responsible for driving hospital revenue through strategic sales initiatives, referral development, consultant onboarding, and corporate tie-ups. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, field execution, and relationship management to strengthen the hospital's market presence and achieve sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Business Growth
? Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets across OPD, IPD, and high-end surgical procedures.
? Identify and convert new business opportunities through referral networks, doctor engagement, and outreach programs.
? Expand hospital market share by launching specialty OPDs, outreach clinics, and health awareness camps.
? Develop cost models, corporate health packages, and preventive care programs to boost revenue streams.
? Track ROI from marketing activities and optimize campaigns for higher conversion and profitability.
Consultant & Referral Development
? Lead consultant empanelment across specialties and super-specialties.
? Strengthen relationships with key referring doctors, clinics, and associations.
? Monitor referral patterns and ensure consistent growth in patient admissions.
? Organize RTMs, CMEs, and consultant promotions for visibility and engagement.
Corporate & Insurance Business
? Manage corporate tie-ups, insurance empanelments, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
? Negotiate contracts and service agreements to enhance hospital revenue.
? Coordinate with finance and customer care teams for smooth processing of corporate and insured cases.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
? Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, and brand positioning initiatives.
? Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor movements, and growth opportunities.
? Ensure consistent hospital visibility through health camps, wellness programs, and media engagement.
Team Leadership
? Supervise and mentor sales and marketing executives across assigned regions.
? Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and implement continuous improvement measures.
? Foster a performance-driven, patient-centric, and collaborative work culture.
