Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Offline Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign management, event planning, community outreach, and brand promotion to attract new patients and enhance the clinic's visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Branding

Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote clinic services. Collaborate with designers and vendors to create brochures, banners, flyers, and promotional materials. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Event Planning & Execution

Organize and manage health camps, dental awareness drives, and promotional events. Coordinate with local businesses, schools, and communities for partnership opportunities. Ensure smooth execution of events, including logistics, branding, and on-ground promotions.
Community Outreach & Patient Engagement

Build strong relationships with local communities, RWAs, corporates, and schools to drive awareness. Conduct educational sessions and promotional activities to encourage footfall. Engage with potential patients through word-of-mouth marketing and referral programs.
Local Partnerships & Offline Promotions

Identify and collaborate with pharmacies, general clinics, and wellness centers for cross-promotions. Develop tie-ups with local influencers, media houses, and advertising agencies for offline publicity. Ensure the clinic's presence at health expos, trade shows, and community fairs.
Requirements:

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Experience: 2-4 years in offline marketing, event management, or community outreach, preferably in healthcare or service industries.

? Skills:

Strong knowledge of offline marketing strategies and branding. Experience in event planning and community engagement. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Creative mindset with a patient-first approach

Pay: ₹20,568.88 - ₹54,722.02 per month
