Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced

Offline Marketing Executive

to promote our EdTech programs through on-ground marketing activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with

colleges, educational institutions, coaching centres, and academic partners

, while driving student enrollment through seminars, workshops, and offline lead-generation campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the

education or EdTech industry

, strong

B2B communication skills

, and the ability to convert offline engagement into quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with

colleges, universities, coaching centres, and educational institutions

. Plan and execute

seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, and on-campus events

to generate student enrollments. Represent the institution professionally during

education fairs, exhibitions, and offline campaigns

. Generate and manage

qualified leads through offline marketing channels

. Build strong B2B relationships and negotiate collaboration opportunities with academic partners. Coordinate with internal sales and counselling teams for lead conversion and follow-ups. Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, and institutional tie-ups. Conduct market research to identify new offline promotion opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets. Ensure brand visibility across offline platforms while maintaining brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

offline marketing within the education or EdTech sector

. Strong

B2B communication and relationship management skills

. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities. Experience in organizing

seminars, workshops, and institutional events

. Ability to explain educational programs clearly and convincingly to students and partners. Smart, confident, and presentable personality. Result-oriented with strong negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground marketing activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Background in

education marketing, academic partnerships, or institutional sales

. Existing network with colleges, coaching centres, or training institutes. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven professional.
