About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic

Offline Marketing Executive

to lead and execute on-ground marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor offline marketing campaigns to support brand objectives. Organize and manage exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and promotional events. Manage outdoor advertising activities (hoardings, signages, billboards, kiosks). Build partnerships with vendors, agencies, and community stakeholders for campaign execution. Conduct market visits to identify branding opportunities and assess campaign impact. Support the sales team with lead generation and brand activation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in offline marketing, events, or brand promotions (real estate/hospitality preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
