B. Corporate & Builder Outreach (Added Scope)
Identify corporates, builders, and institutions locally.
Initiate contact via:
Visits
Calls
Emails
References
Fix meetings or presentation opportunities.
Support PPT setup and coordination.
Assist senior sales during presentations if required.
Generate and qualify corporate/builder leads.
Ensure
clean handover
to Sales Executive.
C. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain activity and lead trackers.
Tag leads correctly (individual / corporate / builder).
Submit weekly outreach and activity reports.
Share on-ground feedback and market insights.
KPIs
Offline activities executed
Leads generated (individual + corporate)
Qualified corporate leads handed to sales
Handover turnaround time
