Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic
Offline Marketing Executive
to drive footfall at our Ayurveda clinics through impactful offline activities. This role involves planning and executing society health camps, corporate wellness drives, local partnerships, and BTL activations across clinic catchments.
Key Responsibilities
Camp & Event Execution:
Organize and manage society health camps, RWA events, senior citizen group activities, and corporate wellness desks; handle permissions, logistics, and lead capture.
Lead Generation:
Meet weekly/monthly lead targets; ensure accurate data entry and seamless handover to tele-calling teams for appointment booking.
Local Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with gyms, yoga studios, chemists, diagnostics, housing societies, and community leaders to create recurring engagement opportunities.
Pamphlet & BTL Operations:
Execute area-wise pamphlet drops, standee/poster placements, and kiosk activations; track performance and ROI.
Territory Mapping:
Identify high-potential areas within 3-5 km of the clinic; create and maintain a structured activity calendar.
Compliance & Brand:
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, patient consent protocols, and medical camp hygiene/SOPs.
Reporting:
Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR) with leads, cost per lead (CPL), photos, and outcomes; participate in weekly reviews with Marketing & Clinic Ops.
Targets & KPIs
Qualified leads per week & conversion to appointments
Show-ups and first-visit conversions from activities
Number of activities executed per week (society/corporate/partnerships)
Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI by activity type
Partner/society re-booking rate
Must-Have Skills
1-2 years in offline/field marketing, BTL promotions, or event execution
Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with fieldwork, including weekends and flexible timings
Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; documentation via WhatsApp/Photos
Fluency in Hindi & English (Marathi preferred)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or retail activations
Knowledge of Mumbai's Western & Central catchments
Two-wheeler (conveyance as per company policy)
