We are looking for a proactive and creative Offline Marketing professional to plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. The role requires strong networking, execution, and coordination skills to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement in offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support sales objectives.
Plan, organize, and manage promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, trade fairs, and sponsorships.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and merchandise at targeted locations.
Build partnerships with local businesses, associations, and communities to enhance outreach.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify offline marketing opportunities.
Track ROI of offline marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all offline communication and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in offline/field marketing, brand promotions, or event management.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel extensively for campaign execution.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing vendor relationships and field teams.
Creativity in designing engaging on-ground marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of regional markets and customer behavior.
