We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Offline Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and promote our educational products directly to schools. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, relationship-building, and achieving sales targets through consistent follow-ups and strategic outreach. You will play a key role in expanding our market reach and supporting student admission lead generation.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Outreach & School Engagement
Conduct regular field visits to schools within the assigned territory.
Meet with principals, coordinators, and teachers to introduce and promote our study materials.
Present product demonstrations, conduct awareness classes, and provide clear explanations of product benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
2. Sales & Lead Generation
Achieve monthly sales targets through structured planning and regular follow-ups.
Identify new schools and unexplored areas for product promotion.
Generate high-quality leads for student admissions and maintain proper documentation.
3. Operations & Coordination
Collect and process orders, ensuring accurate documentation.
Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery of study materials.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of school visits, sales achieved, payments collected, and pending follow-ups.
Attend weekly review meetings at the office for planning and progress updates.
Candidate Requirements
Any graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
Ability to confidently interact with school authorities and present products.
Self-driven, trustworthy, and target-focused.
Prior experience in field sales or education marketing is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
