We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Offline Sales Executive to promote and sell our educational study materials to schools and generate leads for student admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for the education sector, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with schools and institutions. This role requires frequent field visits, effective lead generation, and the ability to achieve sales targets through dedication and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
3. Identify new market opportunities and create plans to tap into them
4. Visit around 20 schools every month to sell study materials.
5. Meet principals or school staff, conduct classes explain product details, and close sales.
6. Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
7. Maintain records of visits, sales, and payments.
8. Visit the office once a week for reporting and planning.
Requirements:
Any graduate can apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be willing to travel regularly for school visits.
Honest, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Experience in field sales is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: up to ₹20000 per month
