Job Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships through regular in-person and telephonic meetings.
Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams (writers, designers, strategists).
Plan and execute projects using defined workflows to ensure timely delivery.
Strategize and manage offline marketing campaigns (Print, TV, Radio, Outdoor, Publications).
Track purchase orders, deliverables, and client deadlines.
Act as the main communication link between clients, internal teams, and management.
Review all deliverables for quality and strategic alignment before client submission.
Prepare monthly review presentations and performance reports.
Support business growth through renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Coordinate invoices and payments with clients and the accounts team.
Serve as the single point of contact for client feedback and clarifications.
