Role & Responsibilities
As an Offline Activation & Events Manager, you will:
Design & execute event strategy: Plan, organize, and run offline events, activations, and engagement programs for Vahan Leaders across multiple regions.
Community engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing leaders through memorable offline experiences.
Campaign planning: Align events with broader marketing and growth goals to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
On-ground execution: Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and operations to deliver seamless experiences.
Content & branding: Ensure every event reflects Vahan's brand values and storytelling approach.
Data-driven insights: Track participation, engagement, and ROI from events, sharing learnings to continuously optimize.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to integrate offline activation with overall brand strategy.
What We're Looking For?
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in event management, offline activations, community programs, or experiential marketing.
Strong background in planning and executing end-to-end events--from strategy to on-ground delivery.
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven execution.
Hands-on, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Comfort working across multiple regions, with some travel required.
