Sales Executive (Telecalling)

Sales Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email

to understand their needs and promote our products/services. Work towards

achieving daily and weekly sales goals

and targets.

Prepare and send accurate quotations

to customers and follow up for timely payments. Maintain

prompt and proactive contact with customers

to ensure a seamless sales process.

Coordinate closely with the team leader or manager

to strategize and enhance sales performance.

Create and maintain comprehensive daily and weekly sales reports.

Categorize leads effectively

(Hot, Warm, Cold) to prioritize follow-up actions.

Verify all quotations meticulously

before sending them to customers.

Provide timely updates to customers regarding material locations

after dispatch.

Prepare and maintain detailed customer data

on Google Sheets.

Requirements:

5 years of dedicated telecalling sales experience is mandatory.

Graduate

in any discipline.

Age between 25 and 30 years.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets is a must.

Excellent communication skills in

Hindi and English

(both verbal and written). Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Location:

Ambala Cantt (candidates residing within a 30km radius are preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
