The ideal candidate will have experience in secured loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) and be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling, market research, references, and field activities.- Manage end-to-end sales for Secured Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.- Meet potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers.- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.Required Skills & Competencies:- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales, preferably in Secured Loans / LAP.- Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and sales closure.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand financial needs.- Strong ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks.
