Job Summary


Strategy



Implements and manages service standards, as defined by Head - SS Operations - India, Sr. Manager Projects and defined within the TOM for the Securities Services business Ensures compliance with all Group and Country policies, Code of Conduct, statutory regulations, and laws Work closely with Depositories, Exchanges, and other market intermediaries to resolve any issues faced during BAU. Ensures the Technology requirements of the Unit required to run the business seamlessly are met at all point of time. This will include service, efficiency, cost, control, capability, and capacity planning

Business



Support Senior Manager Projects in various market and regulatory initiatives Continuous Process re-engineering to help increase Operational efficiencies and digitisation to adapt scalable model Vendor Management for non SCB systems for any BAU issues. Managing EUCs for the unit Ensures compliance with all relevant local and global regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Processes



Manage & implements delivery of all Projects in Country under supervision Senior Manager Projects, SS India Maintain Strong and collaborative relationship with internal and external technology partners Maintains a strong, collaborative business relationship with counterparts in Operations, Ensures all critical regulatory changes are implemented to ensure ongoing compliance

Create cyber awareness among users Liaising with PSS and other local tech teams for smooth and seamless BAU.

Risk Management



Ensure technical incidents and Operational complaints are logged and escalated to all stakeholders including Head - SS Operations - India on timely basis Ensures impeccable audit reports

Embeds the Group's values and code of conduct in Self to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies, processes, and regulations.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
