JOB DESCRIPTIONDESIGNATION/ TITLE: Executive - Marketing REPORTING TO: Assistant Manager - Operations and MarketingNUMBER OF REPORTEES: NilLOCATION: Vashi - HOREPORTS: Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly.AREA OF OPERATIONS: - Pan India Level- Digital Marketing- For group of companies (All companies)OBJECTIVE: - Online Reputation Management, Brand Awareness- Tapping Customers on digital marketing platforms for B2B/ B2C- Lead GenerationKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Marketing: Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Linked in and other social media platforms etc.) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns. Media Planning, budget planning and Calendar Management for digital advertisement campaigns.Web Site: Web Site development and re-designing Co-ordination with outside vendors & agencies. Generating traffic and analysis of the same. E-Commerce web sites. (Maintaining & Executing) Coordination with media agencies and vendors for developing Marketing leaflets, Marketing videos, designs etc. Keeping a record of the same.SEM, SEO, Content Marketing, E-Mail Marketing: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Marketing database, Email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness and generation of sales leads Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) Organic SEO - Website development, Influencer Marketing. Writing blogs and managing the same. Any other kind of online and offline marketing like video making etc. Continuously taking efforts for Creating brand awareness, Online Reputation Management. Arrange Webinars Influencer Marketing (if and when required)Performance analysis of the activities : Measuring and reporting on the performance of the same by using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc) Using Google services like Google Ad display, Google tag master, Web Masters etc. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Deliverable: Measure the performance of campaigns run through web analytics tools (social analytics and google analytics) Manage and update social media platforms Media Planning based on quarter and season Work with the other marketing department interns and coordinate regarding posting and content and creativesJob specification: Passionate for digital marketing and technology Marketing Graduate (BMS or BBA with a major in Marketing) Should have experience as a Digital Marketer (2-3 years) Interested in designing, Commercial Artist Well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing e.g.- Photoshop,- Email Marketing,- Content Marketing,- Social Media Marketing : Facebook Marketing and Instagram and YouTube,- SEO - Search Engine Optimization,- SEM - Search Engine Marketing,- Google Analytics.
