Key responsibilities:

• Should Have Sound Knowledge & Understanding Of Engineering & Project Items / S.S. Fabrication Items / Admin Consumable Such As Stationery , Housekeeping ,Printing Job Of Log Books , Labels & Stickers Etc
• Day To Day Monitoring Of Indents
• Floating Of Enquiry ( Ivalua as well through mail communication for E-Auction )
• Floating Of RFX through Ivalua
• Preparation Of Comparative Statement / QCF & Analysis Of Data
• Negotiation With Vendor
• Preparation Of Annual Rate Contract Through Ivalua
• Sound Knowledge Of Sap
• Issue Of Purchase Order
• Coordination With End User For Technical Clearance
• Coordination With Vendor For Timely Delivery Of Materials
• Coordination With Stores / Warehouse For Timely Submission Of Documents
• Coordination With Finance For Timely Release Of Payment Or Any Deviation
• Working Exposure / Operating Knowledge Of Sap Hana / Ivalua
• Computer Proficiency For Microsoft Excel , Word & Power Point ( Ppt's )

Educational Qualification
Any engineering or commerce graduate MBA (Procurement/ Warehousing/Material Management)
Experience
Tenure: 2 to 3 Years
