Key Responsibilities



Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our University Relations & Talent (URT) team. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end URT operations, with a strong focus on internship program management and university engagement. The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, partner institutions, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of processes and data accuracy across all URT activities.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the end-to-end internship program, including offer generation, onboarding, documentation, and background verification. Coordinate with universities, placement offices, and internal teams to support various University Relations initiatives. Oversee vendor operations, including invoicing, compliance tracking, and timely payment follow-ups. Maintain and update data in the central reporting tracker, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Support audit readiness, process improvements, and adherence to operational timelines. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to enable efficient program delivery.

Requirements



Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR, Business, or Finance preferred. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Campus Hiring, or University Relations. Strong communication, coordination, and data management skills. High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
